Whole Multi Grain Roll Tutorial

What better way to enjoy breakfast than with our homemade Whole Multi Grain Roll? 

What you need:

3 Cups Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Psyllium Husk 

1 Cup Apple Sauce

30ml Coconut Oil

4 tbsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Flax Seed 

4 eggs

2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (/or Mixed Seed for our original version) 

Mix 3 eggs, coconut oil, and apple sauce. Mix all dry ingredients and add egg mixture. Mix everything and shape into rolls. Sprinkle 1 mixed egg over the rolls and roll them in sesame seeds. 

Bake for 40 min on 180°C
