What you need:
350g Almond Flour
32g Almonds
32g Cashews
20g Walnuts
1.5tbsp Soy Choco Protein Powder
20g Erythritol
90g raw Almonds
2g Speculoos Spice
3tbsp Coconut Syrup
34g Flaxseed “Egg”
5g Coconut Oil
2.6g Stevia
5ml Vanilla Liquid
Mix flaxseeds, erythritol, speculoos spice, coconut oil, stevia, vanilla liquid, and almond flour together. Add raw almonds and divide the dough into two parts. Add soy choco protein powder to one dough and layer each dough on top of each other on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 min on 180°C.
Mix remaining nuts with coconut syrup and sprinkle on top of the dough.
Bake for another 35min.
