The Paleo Chocolate Brownie Recipe & the Story of 2 women and their new year weight loss success.

Are you a fan of chocolate and want to eat it, like me, every day?
Then follow our Motion bits of advice and snack examples.

Chocolate is a great snack and a SIRT food.

As I wrote about this already, there is a list of SIRT foods that I highly recommend to put on your daily plate. Most SIRT foods are Paleo, with some exceptions as soya or buckwheat. But you don’t have to do the full SIRT diet, I just saw changes in 2 women by JUST putting more of the SIRT foods on their daily intake and they lost weight automatically and had much more energy too! The girls I’m referring to are also so called “corona victims” as they gained weight because of the lockdown, as millions of other people too.

The 2 women I’m talking about are my mum and aunty.

Both started doing a diet with me in the past months. It is always fascinating to me, and I will never stop shaping other people’s bodies and lives. Let’s get the best out of all of us. 🙂

My aunty, Doris, who started a new diet in mid-November, is 69. She lost 7kg since then, without any suffering. As she cooked a bit “old school” before, she had to learn a lot and now wishes she would have started earlier to have more interest and the mood to change her cooking and daily foods itself. When I created her plan, I added lots of SIRT food as it is anti-aging food, supports her longevity, weight loss, and whole well-being.

My mum, Gabi (69), lost 7kg from January 2nd till March 5th, again without any suffering. My mum lost more because she also walks 7-10km everyday. A 100% Powerwoman! She wished she could still go working every day…

My aunty has an injury and can’t move as much past month, which causes a lower weight loss, BUT still, she is super happy, of course.

Both women want to lose 3more kg, and they will!

Anyway, the weight loss results are great, but most of all, they feel much younger and fresher again. Even their skin looks clearer and tighter.

I originally read about the SIRT Foods through the weight loss of Adele, as many others. Someone like me, who’s always critical and up-to date about nutrition, gets inspired with real success stories, and I love trying them out to see the true science behind them. There’s just too much nonsense out there…

THE SIRT diet is excellent!

Maybe you want to read more about it and try it too.

Here a commercial SIRT food chart and Infos.

The Motion Paleo Brownie is a fabulous rich in chocolate taste recipe. Loaded with nutrition and, of course, without refined sugar. It’s a real, light, healthy power cake.

I made this recipe a long, long time ago, and it’s a long-time special cake at Motion cafe. AND I love Paleo foods very much. Fresh, real, and complete. Nothing is missing in the Paleo diet, and we all can use the Paleo style to eat healthier and much more naturally. It can be a great way to skip milk products and simple carbohydrates, which nobody needs. I have written about Paleo very much, and you can find lots on our Motion Fitness Foods Blog.

Find to order online the Paleo Brownie at our health & beauty online shop and also check at our partners as Samadi, Canggu Station…

If you are not in Bali, then bake it on your own, and I am happy to know how you like it. Have fun with this super easy, yummy recipe.

Paleo Chocolate Brownie

Preparation time 5min

Backing time 40-45min, until firm and slightly brown

Equipment

  • Blender or other food processor
  • Big bowl
  • Spatula or spoon
  • Baking sheet and paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cubed zucchini (780gr)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 24 dates
  • 1 tsp cardamon
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup cacao
  • 2 cups shredded dry coconut
  • 1/3cup pumpkin seeds

Method

Warm up the oven and prepare your baking form with baking paper.

Cut the zucchinis into cubes and put them into the blender or a food processor.

Then add all wet ingredients and blend until well combined and smooth.

Afterward, add the dried dates and blend with the wet ingredients.

Now you add the baking powder, cacao, and spices and blend it all for the last time until well combined.

Put the liquid dough into a bowl and add fold in the dry coconut.

The dough is ready to move into the baking form.

Top it with the pumpkin seeds and place it straight into the oven.

Bake for 40-45min and let it cool completely for an hour.

The Brownie is very light and is the perfect snack for the not too sweet tooth people. Love it!
