My anti-aging food tips & recipes

Best Anti Aging Foods

  • Bone Broth (1cup per day)
  • Blue Berry/Raspberries 1 cup per day)
  • Avocado (1/2 per day)
  • Salmon/Fish (best wild fish)
  • Lemon (add over any food too alkaline)
  • Aloe Vera (2thumbs)
  • Omega 3 rich food as Walnuts, Almonds, Flaxseeds, Chia seed, Hemp seeds, squash
  • Green Tea (2cups per day)
  • Apple cider vinegar (4weeks 2tsp/day, then have a break of 2 months and repeat)
  • Turmeric (1Tsp per day)
  • Garlic (1 per day)
  • Green Vegetable (2 – 3 cups the day, kale, spinach, broccoli)
  • Colorful Vegetable (2-3 cups per day, carrots, tomato, sweet potato, eggplant)
  • 2 pc of fruit only per day
  • Eggs (1 – 2 per day)
  • Spirulina/chlorella (1Tsp./day)
  • Fresh herbs
  • Drink much more WATER and herbal teas.
  • Eat more protein, a balanced mix of plant and animal protein.

Food that causes Faster Aging

  • Refined Sugar, any product above 5g sugar in 100g
  • Sweet Sodas
  • Alcohol
  • Too many Grains
  • Daily meat eating
  • Too much of proceeding food
  • Deep-fried food
  • Excessive caffeine, over 5 cups the day
  • Trans fats and hydrogenated oils you find in:

Margarine, biscuits, frosting, pies, cookies, muffins! crackers, popcorn, cream-filled candies, doughnuts, deep-fried food, potato chips, any fast food, chocolate paste, mayonnaise

Beauty snack & drink

Banana Bread 😉

100gr ALMOND ground
100gr FLAXSEED ground
100gr SUNFLOWER ground
200gr dried COCONUT
1/2Tsp. CINNAMONS POWDER
1 Tsp. BACKING POWDER
7 pc VERY RIPE BANANA (mashed)

Mash the banana and then mix all ingredients.
Using a loaf form prepared with baking paper and bake for 45min..

Aloe Vera Juice

  • 1cup Coconut water
  • ½ Lemon Juice
  • 1/4cup Aloe Vera peeled and bested the small end of the Aloe Vera plant.

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend just until smooth some seconds. Watch here
