How long have you been into fitness?
On and off for 3 years.
How long have you been a member at Motion Fitness?
How often do you work out?
Twice a day, 5-6 times a week.
What interested you in fitness at the first place?
I got into fitness because I have always been hyper critical of my body shape. Failed at countless diets. And I discovered through a fitness magazine at a supermarket that the missing link to changing your body inside is through a clean diet, a well-rounded fitness routine, and overall lifestyle changes. Not just through cardio and starving yourself.
Which body part do you love to work on?
Food you cannot live without?
Your guilty pleasure?
Heaps of French butter with a little bit of sourdough bread.
Things that makes you happy outside Motion?
Painting in my studio and cooking.
One thing on your bucket list?
To visit the country where my parents are from, Cuba.
Why do you like Motion Fitness?
I get to sweat like an animal in ferocious heat while not wearing any shoes and while listening to great music and improving my physique.
