How long have you been into fitness?
I’ve been into fitness for 2 years since I had my second baby boy.
How long have you been a member at Motion?
Almost 2 years already!
How often do you workout?
I work out more or less 5 times a week.
What interested you in fitness?
I am interested in fitness because I want to be healthier and of course to keep my body in shape which is really hard for me after two kids.
Which body part do you love to work on?
Legs and arms.
Foods you can not live without?
Chocolate LOL
Your guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure is when I eat something with high calories but delicious.
Things that makes you happy outside Motion Fitness?
When the kids are healthy and my family is happy.

To do better workout this year
Why do you like Motion?
Because Motion has good trainers, good music, and they are always motivated. I love it since the first time. And I always recommend it to my friends who wants to get in better shape.
