How long have you been into fitness?
25 years but not so regularly as now.
How long have you been a member at Motion Fitness?
5 or 6 years.
How often do you work out?
4 days a week, 1.5hour per day.
What interested you in fitness in the first place?
This is time for myself.

A glass of wine with a cigarette.
Things that makes you happy outside Motion?
My son, my family, my friends, my job and of course Bali!
One thing on your bucket list?
Going to Burning Man Festival before it is too late.
Why do you like Motion Fitness?
It is an easy place to come to where I feel comfortable. The teachers are great and, if you come regularly, it can really change your body. Also, we are a bunch of friends and it is fun to workout together. We motivate each other.
