Anti Aging starts when we are born. Our cells grow and die from the beginning.
Everything we get inside and outside of our body matters from day one. Don’t freak out if you are immediately thinking about what you got as a baby. Our body system is brilliant and can recharge and renew quite well. Especially in the younger years 0-30’s.
It is not hard to understand as much we stay with nature as better for our system. Any chemical and proceed products and foods can harm the system or overload it with work. Early my grandmother taught me to take care of my skin. Keep your skin clean; let it breathe, cover it when you need it. Don’t overload it with products.
There is no need to put cream on the face from morning to evening if you stay home. From the beginning, we get pampered by soaps and creams because they make the baby’s skin even softer and because they smell so good. From day one, we lose the connection to nature. Anti Ageing Skin care advices
- Body and face light brushing, take a dry towel, or buy special equipment and brush on a daily basis.
- Use better oil for the face and body as it get better and deeper absorb in your skin (use my toning oil, it’s the best:)
- Dermatologists recommending Retinol for your face! Find products, which include them!
- Scrub your body and face once per week only.
- Take just a max 20min sunbath and
- use for your face sun protection 30SPF

Cleansing face wash + scrub + mask
Mix all ingredients well and put on your ring finger without too much pressure on your face and decollate. You can use it daily as a face-wash your use once per week as a face scrub, and if you keep it 5-10min it gives your face a beautiful clean skin and glows.
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tsp. dried cinnamon
- 1 Tsp. dried nutmeg
Botox Mask Anti Aging
This Mask is really fantastic and gives you quick, bright, and tight face skin. It really works. Mash the banana and then mix it with yogurt and honey. Put it on the clean face and leave it until the mask is dry and the face feels tight. 10-15min.
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 1Tsp. honey
This coffee-scrub is a dream and makes your skin very smooth and moist. Mix all ingredients well and scrub your body from feet to the neck. To get tighten skin results, keep the scrub for about 15min on your body. Don’t use it for your face and decollete.
- 1 cup-brewed Coffee ground
- 1 Tbsp. Sea salt/sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Epsom Salt
- 3 Tbsp. coconut/almond/hemp/olive Oil
- 1/2Tsp Nutmeg
