Light Chocolate Brownie Tutorial

Try making our delicious Light Chocolate Brownie at home! 

What you need:

90g Cassava Flour

60g Cocoa Powder 

5g Baking Powder 

200g Dark Chocolate

50ml Espresso 

2 Tbsp Yogurt 

1 Egg 

2 Egg white 

15ml Vanilla Liquid 

60g Butter 

375ml Honey

35g Walnuts 

Melt butter and dark chocolate in the microwave. 

Mix dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients. Add liquid ingredients to dry and mix well. Add Walnut pieces (leave 6 whole walnuts). Pour in baking dish. Put 6 walnuts on top. Bake for 1 1/4 hours on 180°C
