Keto Lemon Cake Tutorial

Check out how to make our delicious Keto Lemon Cake! 

What you need:

For the Cake Batter:

1 cup Lemon Zest & 1/2 Lemon- squeezed 

5 eggs 

3 tbsp  Yogurt

2 tbsp Vanilla Syrup 

50ml Coconut Oil 

2 tbsp Coconut Flour 

180g Almond Flour 

Pinch of Salt 

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1 packets of Stevia (5.2g)

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the eggs one by one. Add the remaining ingredients and mix it till everything is blended to a smooth batter. 

Bake for 50-60 min on 180°C and let cool off before adding the icing. 

For the Keto Icing:

180g Cream Cheese light

1 tsp Vanilla Syrup 

1 packet of Stevia (2.6g)

45ml fresh Lemon Juice 

30g Butter 

3 tbsp Coconut Oil 

2 cup warm Water 

1 tbsp Lime Zest 

Blend it all together and pour the icing over the cooled-off Cake. Sprinkle some lime zest on top.
