Keto Ham-Zucchini Muffin Tutorial

Check out how to make our new Keto Ham-Zucchini Muffin! 

What you need:

200g grated Zucchini

1 cup Almond Flour

100g Parmesan 

150g Ham

75g Sour Cream

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt 

4 eggs 

Mix all ingredients and put the mixture into each cup or liner, filling each all the way to the top. 

Bake the muffins for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Let cool off before taking them out of the liner or tray. 

Enjoy! 

Makes 6 Muffins!

Per Serving:

Kcl 276,4 // Protein 18,5g // Net C 4,2g // Fiber 2,4// Fat 20,2g
