Keto Burger Bun Tutorial

We made a new tutorial! 

Try making our delicious Keto Burger Bun at home! 

What you need:

315g Almond Flour 

350g Mozzarella

40g Cream Cheese 

12g Baking Powder 

2 Eggs 

Topping 

1 Egg Yolk 

20g Sesame Seeds 

Melt mozzarella, add cream cheese, and put in a blender. Add almond flour, baking powder, and two eggs. Mix well and form dough into small balls. Spread egg yolk on top and sprinkle sesame seeds over the buns. 

Bake for 30 min on 180°C.
