DO EAT (small portions!)

  • Fish
  • Seafood
  • Chicken ( Don’t read Fried Chicken!!)
  • Beef
  • Egg (Salad with poached or boiled egg, Omelette filled with tomato, spinach..)
  • Vegetable
  • Nuts seeds
  • Salads choose with Italian vinaigrette or just lemon and Olive oil.

 

Drink

  • TEA, Drink daily green tea (It’s a natural fat metabolism boost and Immune-system blast)
  • Lemon Juice no sugar
  • Cucumber water

 

A BIG DON”T EAT

  • Bread
  • Pasta
  • Potatoes
  • Rice
  • Any Grains and Flour,
  • Milk products (Cream, Butter, Cheese, Mayonnaise)
  • Desserts, Pork (bacon, Salami, Sausage…)
  • Creamy soups
  • Ketchup, Mustard, Sugar, extra Salt!!!
  • Peanuts

 

DON’T DRINK

 

  • Any Juice(never Juice during eating, always and if just as a snack or instead of a meal),
  • Sweet Soda
  • Alcohol
