Number one of the pH- balancing foods are lemons, because of their high concentration of alkaline minerals, which has an overall alkalizing effect. Other examples are salad greens, celery stalks, green beans, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, cucumber.

Boild eggs, 3 egg white omelette, 20 almonds, 10 walnuts, 2 Brazil nuts, ½ avocado, 1 finger size cheese, 1 cup veggies (celery and cucumber) sticks with 100g hummus or 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup olives green/black 200g plain yogurt or a small green salad.
