HOW IT WORKS
MEAL PLAN ORDER REGULATIONS
- Customers receive the meal plan menu and can change it once without extra charge. Make sure to read your chosen menu very well and highlight any adjustment in color please.
- Any further change must be done min. 24hours before and during office hours.
- Order must be placed min. 48hrs in advance to ensure timely delivery.
- Mon. to Fri. 7am – 12pm by email/phone/WA.
- Orders for Monday need to be placed before Friday 11am.
- The menu must be confirmed from the client until 4pm and Saturdays.
- Office is closed on Sunday
- Customised meal plans made by our Nutrition expert are ready to order 48-72 hours after receiving your details in the questionnaire sheet.
- Customers will be in direct contact with the Nutritionist expert.
MEAL PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Cash payment: on first day of delivery to driver upon receipt of the food
- Online payment: Credit card or by bank transfer
Motion Food accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions. Motion Food will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind caused. Motion Food will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Motion Food if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery by phone.
Missing meal items will be refunded to the customer with a coupon worth the price of the missing item. The coupon can be used during the current / following order.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Customers will receive one delivery per day with all the meals/snacks for that day
- Change of delivery address min. 24hrs in advance
- Delivery time will be between 7:00am – 9:00am. A preferred time can be requested but without any guarantee of compliance
- Food delivery days: Monday – Sunday
- Canggu / Berawa free delivery
- All other locations vary from 20,000 IDR – 50,000 IDR daily fee
We use eco-friendly packaging. We RECYCLE, if you have our bottles or jars at home, please let us know as we are happy to send our drivers to pick it up. For our protein shakes & smoothies we use blender bottles, please give them back to the driver or at Motion Cafe! Thank you!
WEATHER & TRAFFIC RESERVATIONS
Our amazing delivery team does their best to get your food to you on time. Still, they run into delays due to weather, traffic and other factors that are outside of our control. In such cases Motion Food cannot issue any cash refunds for affected orders. However we will try our best that you will receive your food as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of our business Motion Food requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior, by email or whats app message. If cancelled in time, the customer will get a refund of 200k for each canceled day of any meal plan.
When an order get refused or returned at the delivery address, we will keep it at the Motion Kitchen for 24 hrs. for self pick-up.
Personal data are mainly processed using automated tools and exclusively for the purposes indicated and the time strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected. Customer email addresses can be used for sending newsletters and updates with valuable information.
