High Protein Bar Tutorial

Try making our delicious High Protein Bar at home!

What you need:

250g Soy Protein

150g Oats

200g Cashew Flour

150g dry Coconut

250g Ground Oats

170g Peanut Butter

3 Tbsp mixed Seeds

45ml Coconut Oil

15g Chia Seeds

70ml warm Water

0,5g Pink Himalayan Salt

140 ml Coconut Cream

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Set aside coconut cream and cocoa powder for the topping. Mix all remaining dry ingredients. Mix liquid ingredients, except for water. Add liquids to dry ingredients mixture and mix well. Add water and knead dough. Press into a baking sheet and make sure everything is even. For the topping: Mix coconut cream ad cocoa powder in a pan and let cook for a few minutes. Pour over the dough and keep it in the fridge till the topping is hard.

Cut and enjoy!
