Fitness Bread Tutorial


We made a new tutorial! 

Try making our delicious Fitness Bread at home!

What you need:

300g Almond Flour

2 Cups Ground Oats

1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seeds

4 Tbsp Sesame Flour 

4 Tsp Baking Powder

0,5g Baking Soda 

500ml Almond Milk

1 1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt

4 Tbsp Mixed Seeds 

Mix all ingredients, pour in baking dish, and sprinkle mixed seed over it. 

Bake for 2 hours on 180ºC.
