Order must be placed 48hrs in advance to give us time to organise and prepare your meals. Latest order for Monday until Saturday 10:00.

You can start any day Monday-Saturday. Sundays we are closed for orders and food production


Delivery time is between 7:30am – 9:00am. A preferred time can be requested but without any guarantee of compliance.

You will receive one delivery per day with all the meals/snacks for that day. Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (Slim Sunday food will be delivered on Saturday)

Free delivery for Kuta/Seminyak/Canggu. Delivery surcharge of 20.000 – 50,000 IDR/day for other area (e.g. Sanur/Ubud/Bukit/Denpasar/Kuta)

Yes you can, but you need to inform us 24h in advance as our drivers need to plan their routes and schedules.


The meals don’t require cooking but you can heat some of them up for your liking (stove, oven, microwave).

All of the meal plans are available gluten free as well as most of our meal plans are available vegan and vegetarian. Write your dietary preferences on the comment field when submitting your order.

Our meal plans have breakfast, lunch and dinner plus 2 snacks per day.


We are happy to make small changes of the menus for you. If you prefer fully customized menu we are happy to do that as well (fee applied). For the first step for getting a customized meal plan fill in our Nutrition Questionnaire:

We are providing reusable containers for the meals, as we try to minimise any waste and be as environmentally friendly as we can. You’re responsible for returning the containers to our driver or to Motion cafe to Motion Fitness. If the container is not returned or it is damaged there is a 15.000 IDR replacement charge per container.

You can pay cash to the driver or cash at Motion café or transfer via bank or PayPal. The full amount must be paid on the first day of delivery.
