Edamame Soup Tutorial

The creamy (yet, shockingly, cream-less) soup is cooked only with fresh ingredients with no artificial additives such as preservatives, flavour enhancer or colorants. Reach in protein and extra yummy! Try making it at home with our tutorial!

What you need:

100g Edamame

975ml Almond Milk

30g Red Onion

15ml Olive oil

10ml Coconut Milk

2,5l Water

Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Cook Edamame and take them out of their shells. Sauté onions. Add Edamame. Add remaining ingredients. Let cook and cool off. Put in blender and blend.

Enjoy!
