Eating Habits 2016 – How to eat yourself Fit

These eating habits will help you lose weight and keep it off. You’ll boost your willpower, slim down, and shape up for good:

EAT ENOUGH FIBER

WATER

Drink at least 2-3 liters of still, filtered water a day. Put a slice of lemon or cucumber in your first glass of the dau to make your bode even cleaner.

DON’T DRINK AT MEALTIMES

Drinking at mealtimes slows don’t your digestion, which can lead to bloating and gas. Always drink at least 15 – 30 minutes before or after eating a meal. It will also help you to eat less.

DON’T SKIP BREAKFAST

Always eat within an hour of waking up, otherwise your body will become stressed.Research has consistently shown that the people who successfully lose weight are the ones that wake up and eat

SLOW DOWN

For optimum digestion you must eat every mouthful slowly, chewing in at least 20 times. Don’t eat when your are stressed, rushed or anxious. otherwise you will stress out your digestion, which causes bloating.

NO MORE YO-YO

Take it easy and keep your eating clean, lean ans steady instead of swinging between starving yourself on a fad diet then gorging yourself when you cant keep it up any longer. You will see the weight will fall off and stay off.
