Brazilian Circuit Training (BCT) was developed an widely practiced in Brazil. It focuses mainly on developing your core strength but with a special focus on your gluten muscles. The simple and very effective integration exercises dumbbells, barbells, ankle weights and steps are all designed to improve coordination, strength, cardio capacity and posture. In this 60 minutes class, all participants work together in a choreographed manner to the same rhythm and timing to enhance coordination, with the music creating an atmosphere that motivates the entire group to exceed their limits and pull a little stronger. Also known as a butt lift class, Brazilian Circuit Training is more than that; it is a full body workout.
