HIIT & Core

Our HIIT & Core class is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training that involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. This form of training is regarded as the most time-efficient way to exercise with a lot of cardio-vascular benefits. Additional to the cardio exercise we combine this class with weight bearing & resistance exercises targeting the core muscles of the abs & lower back. Be prepared to sweat and walk away feeling super strong.
