What you need:
600g Almond Flour
100 ml Maple Syrup
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
2 tbsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Vanilla Liquid
450g Frozen Blueberries
Instructions:
Mix the Maple Syrup, Vanilla Liquid, Cinnamon, and Almond Flour.
Divide the dough into two bowls. Mix the blueberries in a blender and add them to one bowl of Almond Four mixture. Stir the mixture and add the coconut oil.
Put the blueberry mixture in your baking tin and crumble the remaining flour mixture on top. Put it in the oven and bake on 200°C for 40-45 min.
Let cool off and enjoy!
Store in the fridge or freezer.
