Great place to kickstart fitness or maintain what you already have!

I have been exercising for years and was getting frustrated with the pace of a number of gyms in Bali. I then tried Motion and was pleasantly surprised as I love it. For the past 3 months I have been gradually getting into the best shape of my life and I am now addicted to their excellent fitness programs. I have even tried their Fit & Slim Menu from Avocado Cafe to kickstart my eating habits after a month eating cake in the UK. Everything from the barefoot workouts to pumping music and diversity in the type of workouts each week is wonderful and I find everything to be great value for money. The instructors are top notch particularly Mel and Summer but all of them provide a holistic approach to fitness.
