TRX / Kettlebell

Total Body Resistance Exercise is one of the best complete exercises you can find. It is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to built strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability – all while preventing injuries. We combine strength and cardio training in our TRX classes and often use kettle bells, dumbbell or elastics as well.
